Position 1: FinTech Manager

Job Description:

Develop and implement a FinTech strategy aligned with the organization’s overall business objectives.

Serve as the primary point of contact for merchants, providing continuous support, guidance, and assistance with payment-related issues.

Evaluate various payment gateways and processors to determine the most suitable options for the organization’s requirements, considering factors such as transaction fees, security measures, customer support, and platform compatibility.

Build and sustain robust connections with partners, engage in contract negotiations, and oversee the management of service-level agreements.

Stay updated on partner offerings, market trends, and new features to optimize the organization’s financial technology ecosystem.

Monitor transaction flows, resolve any issues or discrepancies, and ensure timely and accurate payment settlements.

Stay current with the latest developments and technologies in the payment industry, assessing new payment methods, emerging technologies, and industry best practices for potential implementation and optimization.

Select and configure the merchant database accurately.

Repair the selected merchant database properly.

Upload the merchant database to the cloud.

Repair the merchant’s entire branch database and applications as needed.
