Educational Background: Possess a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Banking and Finance, Marketing, Management, or a closely related field.
Work Experience: Demonstrate 1 to 3 years of pertinent experience, with a preference for individuals with experience in the banking industry.
Location: The position is based at the South West Regional Office in Addis Ababa.
Junior Portfolio Management Officer
Qualification: BA in Management, Business Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: 1 year of relevant banking experience.

Credit Information Officer
Educational Requirement: Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 3 years of banking experience, with at least 1 year in the Credit Information area.

Reward and Employee Service Officer
Degree: Bachelor of Arts in Management, Business Management, Public Administration, or a closely related field.
Background: Accumulated 3 years of pertinent experience in the banking sector, with a notable 1-year tenure in an officer role.

Customer Service Executive – II
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, or a related field.
Work Experience: 1 year in banking operations as CSO, CSR, CSE, or a related position.
Place of Work: Aleta Wondo, Dargie, Jigjiga
Senior Portfolio Management Officer
Qualification: BA in Business Management/Accounting/Economics/Business Administration/Finance/Marketing Management or related fields.
Experience: 5 years of banking experience, including 2 years in an officer position.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Branch Manager Grade – I
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a closely related field.
Experience: 7 years of relevant experience in the banking industry, including 1 year in a managerial position.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Senior Customer Service Officer – Cash
Degree Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field.
Experience: 3 years in banking operations as CSO, CSR, CSE, or a related position.
Place of Work: Aleta Wondo, Dargie, Jigjiga
Messenger & Cleaner – I
Qualifications: 10th/12th Grade Complete
Work Experience: 2 years of relevant experience.
Age: Between 18-35
Place of Work: Adama
Security Guard – I (Male & Female)
Qualification: 8th Grade Complete
Work Background: Two years of pertinent experience in Military/Police service.
OR
Qualification: 10th/12th Grade Complete
Experience: 4 years as a lady searcher
Age: Between 25-50
Place of Work: Jigjiga, Meragna (Female); Ginager (Male).
