We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis.
Position 1: Customer Service Supervisor
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing Management, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the Customer Service department
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Proficiency in customer service practices and guidelines
Leadership and supervisory abilities
Familiarity with managing work tools and software systems
Strong computer skills
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Ability to remain composed under pressure
Team player with collaborative work approach
Dedication to delivering outstanding customer service
Main Duties:
As a Customer Service Supervisor, you’ll be tasked with:
Supervising, guiding, and offering feedback to customer service personnel.
Strategizing and overseeing daily customer service operations.
Supporting staff with their tasks as required.
Providing training on customer service techniques and company protocols.
Organizing reception/front desk coverage and managing customer flow.
Investigating and resolving customer service issues.
Creating and enforcing service policies.
Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
Ensuring compliance with customer service standards and company policies.
Engaging with customers through phone calls and emails.
Planning and executing effective customer service strategies
Position 2: Accountant and Finance Head
Qualifications and Experience:
Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Advanced knowledge in Accounting or Finance
Strong managerial, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Ability to interact and negotiate with government officials
Sound reasoning and judgment abilities
High level of integrity and trustworthiness
Proactive and innovative mindset
Cross-cultural management experience
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Main Duties:
The Accounting and Finance Head will be responsible for:
Supervising every facet of the organization’s financial operations and accounting endeavors.
Setting up and maintaining adequate accounting and financial reporting
Managing legal compliance and navigating expansion procedures
Ensuring compliance with government regulations
Training and coaching staff under supervision
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
Supervising subordinates in bookkeeping and expense management
Providing capacity-building training to finance personnel
Planning and implementing budgeting processes
Monitoring expenditures and analyzing revenues
Assisting in auditing activities
Ensuring timely completion of all accounting tasks and transactions
