Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics, Disaster Management, Rural Development, Economics & Development Studies.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in relief and/or emergency response program implementation.
- Experience in integrated project design, implementation, and monitoring.
- Familiarity with major donor programs such as USAID, UNOCHA, ECHO, and CIDA.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including influencing and negotiation.
- Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Field-based role with frequent travel to operation areas.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of local language preferred.
