Plan International, an autonomous organization dedicated to the advancement of children’s rights and gender equality, is currently seeking qualified individuals to fill the following positions:
Position 1: Nutrition Project Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Nutrition, Public Health, or related fields
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in an NGO setting
- Proficiency in Early Warning concepts, Disaster Risk Management, Health/Nutrition, and national government policies
- Hands-on experience in Health and Nutrition Project Management, with demonstrated leadership and advocacy skills Languages:
- Fluency in English is essential
- Knowledge of local languages is advantageous Location: Mekelle, Tigray

Position 2: Nutrition Coordinator
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nutrition, Public Health, Nursing, or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in emergency nutrition intervention, Infant and Young Child Feeding (IYCF), and health
- Experience in budget development and monitoring
- Understanding of child rights and protection in development contexts Languages:
- Fluency in English is essential
- Proficiency in Amharic and other local languages is desirable Location: Adigrat Town, Tigray

Position 3: Finance Coordinator
Requirements:
- First Degree or equivalent vocational study in Accounting and Finance
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, including 1 year as a coordinator
- Familiarity with international NGO grant management and financial regulations
- Knowledge of Grants Administration and donor compliance, including reporting to various institutional donors (EU, USAID, ECHO, UNICEF, GFFO, DFID, etc.)
- Understanding of cost recovery principles and methods, with experience in implementing cost recovery systems preferred Languages:
- Fluency in English is essential
- Proficiency in Amharic and other local languages is desirable Location: Mekelle, Tigray
