Position: Sales Representative (In-House Sales)

Educational Requirements: Candidates should hold a degree from higher education institutions in fields such as Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical), Architecture, Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, or related disciplines from recognized institutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in identifying properties that align with their preferences and financial capabilities.
  • Educate clients on the value propositions of Noah Real Estate projects.
  • Stay updated on current projects, market conditions, pricing, financing options, and legal considerations to provide informed guidance to clients.
  • Provide feedback and insights to supervisors based on client interactions.
  • Actively engage in promotional activities both online and offline, including participation in events.
  • Meet assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue potential buyers through proactive outreach efforts.
  • Utilize CRM platforms effectively to manage client interactions.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in digital and traditional marketing tools.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of real estate marketing and sales dynamics.
  • Exhibit the ability to work autonomously under pressure.
