MeQrez Health Services is a joint-stock company established in October 2020 with the aim of enhancing the healthcare sector in Ethiopia. Our primary objective is to establish various healthcare facilities to contribute to the alleviation of the healthcare challenges faced by the nation. These initiatives include a General Hospital, Chain of Pharmacies, Imaging & Diagnosis Center, as well as the Import and Export of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Consumables. In its initial phase, MeQrez is committed to bringing comfort to patients by delivering exemplary customer care and providing affordable, high-quality treatment within Ethiopia, driven by Ethiopian professionals.

MeQrez General Hospital is currently recruiting skilled and visionary individuals to join our team for the following positions:

Position 1: Triage (#03)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing comprehensive and personalized care to patients and their families through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of their needs.
  • Evaluating patient conditions, gathering pertinent information from patients, family members, or nursing facility staff, and effectively communicating with relevant departments.
  • Exemplifying and reinforcing MeQrez’s values such as integrity, respect, and trust through actions, decision-making, and competence.

Employment Term: Permanent upon satisfactory completion of the probationary period.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing from a recognized institution with a CGPA of 3.00 and above.
  • Recent graduate of the class of 2023/24.
  • Proficiency in monitoring vital signs.

Position 2: IT Infrastructure Officer (#01)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware and software.
  • Managing various infrastructure components including firewalls, switches, databases, VoIP, malware protection software, CCTVs, Attendance Machines, and other systems.
  • Developing and maintaining updated documentation.
  • Upgrading systems and processes for enhanced performance and security.
  • Responding to help desk requests and troubleshooting technical issues.

Employment Term: Permanent upon satisfactory completion of the probationary period.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in relevant IT or technical disciplines with at least 4 years of demonstrated work experience as an IT/ICT Infrastructure Officer, preferably in the Hospitality Industry.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with ICT facilities.
  • Willingness to take on multiple responsibilities.
  • High level of honesty, integrity, and self-initiative.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
