Position 1: Branch Manager I
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in insurance operations, including 2 years in a supervisory or senior position.
Additional Skills: Proficiency in computer usage.
Location: Jimma
Position 2: Executive Secretary
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Administrative Science, or a related field, or a University Diploma/TVET Level Four in Secretarial Science.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years with a Bachelor’s degree or 8 years with a Diploma in secretarial and office management roles.
Additional Skills: Proficiency in computer usage.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Driver I
Qualifications: Completion of 10th grade with a 3rd-grade driving license or equivalent.
Minimum requirement: At least 2 years of driving background.
Additional Skills: Proficiency in computer usage.
