Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field, with a minimum of five years of relevant finance experience.
- Knowledge of major donors’ rules and regulations, such as USAID, EU/ECHO, Irish Aid, and DFID.
- Strong communication skills.
- More than 5 years of experience in a related role within an INGO.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and computer literacy.

- 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Experience in humanitarian and development programming is advantageous.
- Proficiency in primary qualitative data collection methods.
- Experience in quality assurance in data collection.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
