Position 1: Junior Quality Control Specialist – Food and Beverages
Qualifications: • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Science & Post Harvest, or Food Technology & Process Engineering. • Possess a minimum of two years’ experience in the FMCG Industry. • Preferred certifications in Food Safety, SQF practitioner, or HACCP training. • Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office. • Ability to comprehend instructions in English, Amharic, and Afan Oromifaa is advantageous. Location: Sululta, Oromia
Responsibilities:
- Verify completion of start-up checks and visually inspect cleanliness of production area and machinery prior to production initiation.
- Calibrate check-weighers before production.
- Conduct quality inspections of products against specified standards.
- Audit quality and food safety checks, ensuring completion of required paperwork by production.
- Monitor product safety, legality, and quality at the start, end, and throughout production runs.
- Identify non-conforming products and processes, promptly notifying the Quality Manager.
- Assist production operatives and team leaders in meeting quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Food Hygiene Standards, reporting any issues during shifts.
- Generate documentation and inspect materials for product shipments.
- Ensure alignment of Certificate of Analysis with received lots.
- Conduct visual inspections of incoming ingredients, outgoing shipments, and packaging.
- Monitor and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Conduct monthly food safety audits of personnel and facilities.
- Enforce Global Food Safety Initiatives (GFSI) procedures.
- Perform monthly inspections of finished goods and raw materials, including glass and plastic.
Position 2: Junior Sales Supervisor – FMCG
Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in any field with 2-3 years of experience as an FMCG sales supervisor.
- Demonstrate strong leadership abilities to supervise and motivate teams.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with sales techniques, strategies, and CRM software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for data analysis and insights.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work varied hours.

Position 3: Sales Representative – FMCG
Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in any field, graduated in 2021 or later.
- Possess at least one year of experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role within FMCG companies.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to establish rapport with customers and address their needs.
