Job Description:
The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing and verifying account maintenance, payment, and collection transactions, as well as addressing customer inquiries. They will manage both cash and non-cash transactions and fulfill all customer requests at the branch. Other duties include maintaining accurate records and files, executing timely periodic payments, and preparing and sending reminders for unpaid documents.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking and Finance, Management, Economics, or related fields.
Experience:
Three years of experience in banking operations as a Customer Service Officer.
Location: Kersa Branch under Adama Area Office
