Position 1: Strategy Implementation Follow-up Officer
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field, with a minimum of three (3) years’ relevant experience.
Responsibilities include ensuring the proper execution of the Bank’s strategic initiatives and facilitating organizational alignment with the Strategy across business and support functions.

Position 2: Transformation Projects Management Officer
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Management, Economics, Finance & Accounting, or a related field, with at least four (4) years’ experience in project management.
This role involves supporting transformational projects from inception to completion, overseeing planning, coordination, and implementation to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet objectives efficiently.

Position 3: Branch Manager – Class IV Branch
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, or Economics, with a minimum of 8 years’ banking experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role.
Responsibilities encompass overseeing all banking activities at a branch, ensuring compliance with operational procedures and regulations, leading sales and customer service initiatives, and preparing necessary reports.

Position 4: Branch Manager – Class II Branch
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, or Business Administration, with a minimum of ten (10) years’ banking experience, including three (3) years in a supervisory role.
