Position 1: Reward and Employee Service Officer

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Management, Public Administration, or a closely related field.

Experience: 3 years of relevant banking experience, including at least one year in an officer position.

Purpose of the Job: To motivate the workforce, enhance the morale and satisfaction of high-performing individuals, instill enthusiasm, interest, and innovation among employees, foster a culture of acknowledgment, and oversee employee benefit services, including insurance, leaves, safety, health, working conditions, and other related services.

Place of Work: Addis Ababa

Position 2: Senior Collateral Valuator

Qualification: B.Sc. in Engineering or related fields.

Experience: 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Banking Industry, with a minimum of 2 years in an officer position.

Purpose of the Job: To facilitate effective credit decision-making by ensuring accurate and fair valuation of properties pledged for collateral and foreclosure, adhering to internal valuation guidelines.

Place of Work: Dessie District

Position 3: Branch Manager Grade – I

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field.

Experience: 7 years of relevant banking experience, including 1 year as Assistant Branch Manager/CSM or Relationship Manager, or 7 years of relevant banking experience, with at least 2 years in a Senior Officer position in banking operations.

Job Objective: Drive sustainable growth and profitability through cross-selling the bank’s products and services, customer acquisition and retention, enhancement of customer services, and fostering robust customer relationships. Responsible for overseeing and managing the overall retail banking operations within the assigned branch.

Place of Work: Nejash (Mersa)

Position 4: Security Guard – I (Male & Female)

Educational Requirements: Completion of 8th grade or attainment of a 10th/12th-grade education.

Experience: Two/2 years of relevant experience in Military/Police service or four/4 years of experience as a lady searcher.

Age: Between 25-50

Purpose of the Job: To support the bank’s operations by ensuring the safety and security of the organization and its personnel, and providing secure customer services in a welcoming environment.

Work Locations: Butajira, Abdi Nono (Ashewa Meda), Addis Ababa (Female); Dargie, Gambella, Meti (Male).
