Job Title: Customer Sales and Service Agent I
Requirements & Background
Commercial/Sales, Other:
- Minimum education level of GCSE or O Level or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in a contact center or reservations office within the airline or travel industry, or completion of a Diploma/Degree in Travel and Tourism.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Proficiency in PC-based operations, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and E-mail.
- Additional language skills are beneficial, given the potential for multi-lingual calls in Contact Centres.
Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities include providing top-notch service to sell Emirates airline tickets and services, as well as assisting customers in managing their travel plans. The role involves collaborative work within a team to achieve individual, station, and network Commercial objectives.
Other Requirements:
Applicants must have the legal right to work and reside in Ethiopia.
