Position 1: Office Equipment Technician

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting preventive and corrective maintenance on office machines, equipment, and related materials. You will coordinate with electricians, allocate tasks to ensure uninterrupted bank operations, and oversee the repair and maintenance of office equipment.

Major Duties of the Office Equipment Technician:

Coordinate electricians and assign tasks to ensure the seamless operation of the Bank.

Facilitate and conduct repairs and maintenance of office machines and related materials to ensure continuous operation.

Source spare parts and materials required for equipment maintenance, and perform corrective maintenance as needed.

Address corrective maintenance requests for office machines received through online and paper-based channels.

Monitor repairs and maintenance carried out by external entities for office machines and related properties.

Provide necessary information and status updates about office equipment and be prepared for annual inspections.

Maintain and update records, logbooks, and oversee daily maintenance follow-ups to minimize downtime.

Coordinate the tasks of the Bank’s electricians and allocate responsibilities.

Prepare and submit periodic performance reports to the supervisor.

Perform additional tasks as delegated periodically.

Required Qualification and Experience:

Completion of the 10th grade with 1 year of relevant experience and a valid 1st-level driving license.

Position 2: Section Head, Call Center


Bachelor’s/B.Sc. Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

Minimum Work Experience

At least 5 years of relevant experience, with 2 years as a Senior Officer and 1 year as a Principal Officer in a supervisory role.

Position 3: Building Maintenance Technician


Level IV (TVET Diploma) in a relevant field.

Minimum Work Experience

At least 2 years of related experience.
