To this end, ZamZam Bank seeks to appoint qualified individuals for the following positions and invites interested candidates who meet the stipulated minimum qualifications and experience criteria to apply:

1. Bank Trainee

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related business fields with 0 years of experience.
  • GPA: 2.50 and above.
  • Year of Graduation: 2021 and onwards.
  • Number of Vacant Positions: Two each.
  • Location: Mizan Aman.

2. Customer Desk Officer

  • Minimum Qualification and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields with 4 years of banking experience, including 2 years as a Junior Officer in Customer Service.
  • Location: Head Office.

3. Banking Business Officer I

  • Minimum Qualification and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields with 1 year of banking operation experience.
  • Core Competencies: Sales and Marketing, Customer Experience, IFB Product Knowledge, Problem Identification, and Solution.
  • Location: Mizan Aman.

4. Senior Banking Business Officer

  • Minimum Qualification and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or similar fields with 3 years of banking operation experience, including 2 years as a Branch Banking Officer.
  • Core Competencies: Branch Operations, Sales and Marketing, Customer Experience, IFB Product Knowledge, Problem Identification, and Solution.
  • Location: Mizan Aman.

Salary: As per the Bank’s salary scale and attractive benefit packages.

Language:

  • Knowledge of the local language and IFB is advantageous.
