Position 2: Customer Service Officer

Qualification: BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, Economics, or related fields. Plus, 2 years of general work experience, including 1 year as a Junior Customer Service Officer or an equivalent position in the banking industry.

Job Grade: VIII

Language Skills: Proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in ‘Afaan Oromoo,’ English, and Amharic.

Position 3: Senior Auditor I

Qualifications: MBA/MA/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or associated fields. Plus, 4/5 years of general work experience, including 2 years as an Auditor or an equivalent position in the banking industry.

Job Grade: XI

Position 4: Team Leader Payment System Administrator

Position 5: Siinqee IHSAN CRM

Qualifications: MBA/MA/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or associated fields. Plus, 3/4 years of experience, including 1 year as Retail CRM, MFCRM, BM-I, or an equivalent position in the banking industry.

Job Grade: XI

Work Location: South Finfine, West Finfine, East Finfine, and Adama District

Job Title 6: Manager, Banking Operation Management I

Requirements: Candidates must possess an MBA/MA/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or a related field.

Work Experience: 3/4 years of general work experience, including 1 year as a Senior Internal Controller, SCSO Cash, or an equivalent position in the banking industry.

Experience: 5/6 years of general work experience, including 2 years as Customer Service Manager-I, Operation Manager-II, Senior Banking Operation Officer-I in the banking industry.

Position 8: Manager, Credit Appraisal & Loan Recovery Management

Academic Background: Possesses an MBA/MA/BA degree in fields such as Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related disciplines.

Experience: 8/9 years of general work experience, including 2 years as Team Leader, Branch Manager-II in the banking industry.

Job Grade: XIV

Work Place: Nekemte District Office

Position 9: Corporate CRM

Requirements: A degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or a related field, such as MBA, MA, or BA.
