Position: Indoor Sales Job Requirement


Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field Proven track record of at least 1 year in real estate sales Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Strong interpersonal skills for client relationship building Knowledgeable about local real estate market trends Capable of working independently and collaboratively Duties and Responsibilities:

Generate leads via networking, marketing, and advertising strategies Cultivate and maintain client relationships to understand their preferences Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the buying and selling processes Negotiate and finalize deals with clients Stay updated on real estate market dynamics and shifts Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and successful transactions Participate in industry events and conferences to expand knowledge and network
