Position: Customer Service Representative
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Accounting, or related fields
Experience:
- Fresh graduates preferred; applicants with prior customer service experience also encouraged to apply
Other Requirements:
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Amharic
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and flexibility
- Excellent communication skills
Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the company, ensuring clients receive exceptional service
- Provide administrative support across the organization
- Manage the flow of individuals through the medical center and ensure accurate and timely completion of client-related administrative tasks
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and register clients at the customer service point, offering relevant information in a friendly manner
- Answer incoming calls and emails courteously, providing necessary information to clients
- Process payments and prepare invoices
- Assist with various administrative tasks
