Role 1: Public Relations Specialist with Legal Expertise
Qualifications:
Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
Demonstrated hands-on experience of 2-3 years in Public Relations.
Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
Capability to adeptly address legal and public relations complexities.
Documented achievements in developing and executing successful PR campaigns.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Position 2: Finance Head
Requirements:
BA/MBA/degree in Accounting or finance.
Eight years’ experience in real estate.
Strong financial planning, analysis, and forecasting skills.
Experience creating and managing business plans.
Real estate and construction background.
Female applicants are highly preferable.
Position 3: Senior Accountant
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
5+ years of experience in real estate accounting.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Position 4: Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities:
Create awareness of and develop the Company’s brand.
Communicate with target audiences and build strong customer relationships.
Assist with marketing strategies, plans, advertising, direct marketing, and campaigns.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management accompanied by three years of professional experience.
Fluency in English is essential.
Knowledge of digital marketing is a bonus.
Position 5: Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) Sales
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Technology and Management (COTM) & Civil Engineering.
Minimum of 6 months of relevant sales experience, preferably in the construction or building supplies industry.
Outstanding communication abilities and adeptness in cultivating strong client relationships.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Relevant experience in the field, knowledge of Ready Mix Concrete products, and proficiency in English, both written and spoken, are a plus.
