Position 1: Canteen Services Supervisor

Job Description:


Under the guidance of the Office Administration Manager, oversee the efficient management of the canteen facilities, utilities, and provision of cafeteria services to offices and related entities.

Main Responsibilities:

Supervise daily food consumption and eligibility of canteen services.

Monitor and reconcile daily consumption data for supplier payment.

Manage distribution of water and maintenance of canteen equipment.

Address feedback and complaints to enhance canteen services.

Coordinate water and electricity supply to canteen and coffee corners.

Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of canteen facilities and equipment.

Oversee food quality control and storage procedures.

Manage refreshment supply and catering for meetings.

Maintain hygiene standards and health certification of canteen and coffee corners staff.

Supervise canteen and cafeteria services suppliers.


Job Requirements:

Educational Background:

College Diploma or higher in any field.

Work Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Hotel or Cafeteria management.

Location: Addis Ababa

Position 2: Travel and Event Management Specialist

Job Description:


Under the supervision of the Office Administrative Manager, facilitate travel arrangements, manage event logistics, and assist in administrative functions.

Main Responsibilities:

Handle travel requests and related processes.

Maintain vendor relationships and process payments.

Assist in drafting supporting letters and visa applications.

Support various administrative tasks.

Prepare and analyze travel reports.

Coordinate event logistics and vendor contracts.

Address issues and troubleshoot during events.

Conduct pre- and post-event evaluations.


Manage additional tasks and projects as directed by the manager.

Job Requirements:

Educational Background:

College Diploma or higher in administrative or related fields.

Work Experience:

At least two years of experience in administrative positions is required.

Required Skills:

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office.

Flexibility, organizational, and planning skills.

Ability to work independently and in a multicultural environment.
