Position 1: Junior Support Executive


  • BSc in Information Technology & Computer Science
  • 1+ year of relevant work experience
  • Familiarity with MS SQL Server
  • Knowledge of IDS PMS and hotel operations
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills


  • Support implementation and management of existing ERP/PMS (Hotel Software) solutions
  • Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, holidays, or on field visits as needed
  • Provide support for cases and train on the ERP software
  • Implement ERP Software for new clients/hotels

Position 2: Sales and Marketing


  • BA in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields


  • 3-5 years of experience


  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to drive business growth and achieve targets
  • Establish business contacts with clients, professional and industrial societies, educational institutions, and international counterparts
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities, cultivate relationships with potential customers
  • Utilize digital and offline marketing channels to reach target audiences
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics, prepare reports, and make data-driven recommendations
  • Participate in exhibitions and trade fairs
  • Distribute promotional materials and technical information
  • Manage all social media channels and content creation, including graphics templates
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the marketing team and overall company goals

Position 3: IT Support

Educational Qualification:

  • University degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited institution

Experience Required:

  • 2+ years of relevant IT support experience
  • Experience in team management, customer service, and follow-up & process requests

Core Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
  • Respond promptly to service issues and requests from end-users
  • Provide technical support across the company, either in person or remotely
  • Set up accounts for new users and join them to the company domain
  • Repair and replace equipment as necessary
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Serve as the primary contact for IT requests, summarizing and sharing requests with the responsible department
