Position 2: Deputy Team Lead
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree or equivalent experience in education, gender, disability inclusion, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years’ senior management experience in donor-funded programs.
- Extensive experience in East Africa, particularly Ethiopia.
- Leadership skills in managing diverse teams within complex environments.
- Understanding of current debates and priorities in girls’ education and disability inclusion.
- Experience in programming for marginalized children and large-scale conditional cash transfers.
- Strong communication skills and adherence to ethical principles.
- Fluency in English; local language proficiency is a plus.

Qualifications:
