Position 1 – Field Sales Representative

Required Qualification and Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field from a recognized university.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a sales representative.

Ability to consistently meet or surpass monthly and quarterly sales quotas.

Proficient in Excel.

Exceptional customer service skills, coupled with motivation and a driven attitude.

Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.

Results-driven, target-oriented, and sales-focused approach.

Aptitude for persuasion and negotiation.

Expertise in time management.

Goal-oriented and persuasive.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and efficiently manage time.

Strong business acumen and industry expertise.

Energetic and passionate about learning and leading.

Terms of employment: Full-time


Submitting and processing orders to ensure timely delivery of requested products to customers.

Visiting clients and potential clients within an assigned sales area to assess needs and promote products and services in alignment with management directives.

Maintaining accurate client records.

Addressing client inquiries regarding credit terms, products, prices, and availability.

Gathering feedback from customers and keeping senior management informed through regular updates.

Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings to close sales.

Cultivating and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.

Implementing a sales management process to help the sales team identify and prioritize key customers and prospects.

Onboarding and retaining customers.

Meeting personal and team sales targets.

Performing additional duties as assigned by the manager.
