Position 1: Director of Data Analytics

Qualification Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Engineering, or related fields; a Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum seven years of experience in a complex work environment, ideally involved in projects related to data analytics and visualization in digital health systems.
At least five years of experience leading data modeling, analytics, and visualization projects.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey the organization’s data and analytics vision effectively at all levels.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Java, and C#.
Strong skills in data analytics tools, including Power BI, Tableau, Hadoop, Spark, Superset, etc.
Ability to work independently, solve problems, and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills as part of a team.
Proven ability to simplify complex analytics concepts for communication with national and sub-national health offices.
Proficient in English language.
Effective collaboration with culturally and professionally diverse teams.
Encouragement of women applicants.

Position 2: Monitoring & Evaluation Advisor


Graduate with a relevant degree and a minimum of five years of experience in Monitoring and Evaluation in large, complex programs.
Demonstrated applied skills in M&E methods and utilizing data for service strengthening initiatives.
Leadership experience working with diverse technical specialists in M&E.
Ability to work across public, private, and NGO sectors in various settings.
Capability to tailor data collection approaches to local needs, interests, and capabilities.
Proficiency in presenting M&E results to non-technical stakeholders and generating interest in using data for program improvements.
Ability to oversee the development and implementation of work plans, reports, and monitoring.
Outstanding abilities in interpersonal interactions, collaboration, supervision, communication, and mentoring.

Position 3: Human Resources Manager


A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a closely related field is required.
Over seven years of proven experience as an HR Manager.
Knowledge of Ethiopian Employment Law and Regulations.
Experience with HR Software and Systems.
Excellent People and Conflict Resolution Skills.
Effective communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
Strategic thinking with the capability to develop policies and procedures.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Multitasking ability and adherence to deadlines.
Proficiency in both written and spoken Amharic and English.
Handling confidential information with care.

Position 4: Communications Advisor


Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in a relevant field; master’s preferred.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in media, communication, and advocacy.
Experience leading communications, advocacy, and media activities with knowledge of the Ethiopia media landscape, networks, and contacts.
Experience in designing and delivering advocacy, communication programs, research, and policy work.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to turn advocacy and communication strategy into action.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, producing high-quality materials for diverse audiences.
Proficient in IT skills, including effective visual communications.
Experience in multimedia content development and strong writing abilities in English and Amharic.
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, especially in cross-cultural contexts.
Proactive and initiative-taking attitude, managing unpredictable workloads and solving problems with limited support.

Clear and confident communication to engage and influence others, ensuring timely and appropriate messages.
