Position: Management Trainee

Job Requirements:

  • We are seeking enthusiastic and ambitious individuals to join our team as Management Trainees. As a Management Trainee, you will undergo a comprehensive training program tailored to prepare you for future leadership roles within our organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Recent graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience in a relevant field.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • The Habesha Management Trainee Program is a three-year initiative offering immersive learning experiences to equip young professionals with a holistic understanding of the business, fast-tracking them into future leadership positions.
