Goh Betoch Bank S.C., the leading private mortgage financial institution, commenced operations on October 25th as the 21st financial institution at its headquarters. With a shareholder base of over 6,600, Goh obtained its banking license upon collecting a paid-up capital exceeding 500 million Birr from 12 billion Birr subscribed.
The bank’s inaugural branch, located on Africa Avenue, Zimbabwe Avenue, Abderuf Building near the Japanese Embassy, opened its doors on October 25, 2021.
Position 1: Administrative Assistant
Requirements:
- BA degree in Secretarial Science & Office Management/Administrative Service, Management, or a related field, and a Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management/Administrative Service Management, with at least 2 years of relevant work experience. Location: Head Office
Position 2: Attorney
Requirements:
- LLB degree in Law and a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience. Experience in the banking sector is advantageous. Location: Head Office
Position 3: KYC Officer
Requirements:
- BA degree in Accounting/Economics/Management/Business Administration/Accounting and Finance or a related field, with at least 3 years of work experience in compliance management processes. Location: Head Office
Position 4: Credit Officer
Requirements:
- BA degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in credit activities. Location: Addis Ababa Branches
Position 5: Customer Service Officer III
Requirements:
- BA degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 3 years of work experience in banking operations. Location: Addis Ababa Branches
Position 6: Senior System Administration Officer
Requirements:
- BSc degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Information Science, with at least 4 years of experience in LAN and WAN network design and implementation. Network certifications like CCNP are preferable. Experience in system administration, especially in Unix and VMware environments, is advantageous. Location: Head Office
Position 7: Senior Customer Service Officer
Requirements:
- BA degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 4 years of work experience in banking operations. Location: Addis Ababa Branches
Position 8: Branch Manager
Requirements:
- BA degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 6 years of work experience in banking operations, including 2 years in a supervisory position. Location: Addis Ababa Branches
