Position 1: Director of Business Development

Summary: As Director of Business Development, you will spearhead the implementation of sales plans and activities, capitalizing on business opportunities and fostering relationships with key stakeholders such as business generators, event planners, travel agencies, and corporate clients. Your role involves devising and executing business strategies, overseeing sales and marketing functions, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer service. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing marketing materials, conducting market research, and driving the property’s MICE business.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Supervise the sales and marketing team to ensure adherence to operational standards.
  • Uphold the hotel’s sales and service standards.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Maintain updated records of major accounts and competitors’ activities.
  • Collaborate with senior management to set business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends.

Position 5: Marketing & Communication Manager

SUMMARY: As the Marketing & Communication Manager, your role involves maximizing lodge revenue by creating packages to increase occupancy and effectively utilizing lodging, meeting, and leisure facilities. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for directing all marketing activities, ensuring alignment with sales strategy, implementing marketing plans, attending industry events to stay informed, and managing the promotion of lodge products.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  1. Direct and manage all marketing activities to maximize revenue potential.
  2. Collaborate with the Sales Manager to ensure effective implementation of sales strategy.
  3. Develop and implement marketing plans to achieve budget targets.
  4. Create and execute promotions, both internal and external.
  5. Attend trade shows, events, and conferences to stay updated on market trends.
  6. Oversee individual and team performance, ensuring achievement of goals.
  7. Manage the publicity and promotion of lodge products.
  8. Support relevant departments in achieving revenue targets.
  9. Develop and implement advertising budgets and external advertising.
  10. Coordinate communication plans for lodge activities with all departments.
  11. Maintain a positive lodge image on mainstream platforms in the primary market.
  12. Establish relationships with media and execute marketing campaigns.
  13. Ensure consistency of published materials with lodge guidelines.
  14. Maintain accuracy and timeliness of lodge website and online platforms.
  15. Monitor and respond to guest feedback on various platforms.
  16. Plan and execute public relation activities for expected ROI.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field with at least 9 years of experience in hospitality sales & marketing, marketing, or public relations, including 5 years in a managerial role. OR
  • Master’s Degree in Business or related field with at least 7 years of experience in hospitality sales & marketing or account management, including 3 years in a managerial role. Experience must be with an international hotel chain.

SUMMARY: As the Revenue Management Manager, your role involves developing and implementing revenue management strategies to optimize and maximize revenues for Skylight Hotels. This includes overseeing revenue management, pricing strategies, competitive analysis, and distribution yield management.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  1. Oversee revenue management and distribution strategy for the hotel.
  2. Analyze room rates dynamically and set competitive pricing.
  3. Conduct daily pick-up analysis and adjust strategies accordingly.
  4. Perform competitive benchmark studies and monitor market trends.
  5. Maintain a rolling 13-month demand calendar.
  6. Develop pricing strategies tailored to each hotel.
  7. Provide weekly dynamic forecasts and budget comparisons.
  8. Manage third-party distribution strategies.
  9. Assess and price group business strategies.
  10. Analyze overall monthly hotel performance and provide improvement recommendations.
  11. Ensure all systems are configured correctly and operational.
  12. Supervise reservations department standards and operations.
  13. Maintain and update the online booking process.
  14. Ensure staff competency in system usage.
  15. Collaborate with sales and reservations departments.
  16. Monitor data quality and segmentation.
  17. Conduct quarterly property performance analysis and develop action plans.
  18. Implement best practices in competitor analysis, market modeling, and pricing control.
  19. Evaluate distribution partners and contracted rates.
  20. Explore cost-effective distribution methods.
  21. Assist in preparing and supporting the annual revenue budget.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT:

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management/Hospitality/Business or related field with at least 9 years of experience, including 3 years in a managerial role. OR
  • Master’s Degree in Hotel Management/Hospitality/Business or related field with at least 7 years of experience, including 3 years in a managerial role.

Essential Competencies:

  • Proficiency in PMS/Opera, STR, Synix/Hotel Rez Portal, Review-Pro, OTA-Insight, Expedia, Booking.com, and C.Trip Systems.
  • Strong oral and written English communication skills.
  • Leadership abilities and positive attitude.

Position 7: Security Officer

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT:

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of completion of 12th/10th grade with a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a security officer, police, or military services.
  • Age limit: 18 – 35 years old.
