Position 1: Air Freight Specialist
What We’re Looking For:

- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience

As an Air Freight Specialist, you will:
- Execute AFR Ops plans and processes to facilitate air freight forwarding for both internal and external clients.
- Assess and interpret freight control center requirements to support operational teams effectively.
- Coordinate allocation and reservations of freight on planned carriers and flights.
- Contribute to the development and execution of air freight products.
- Expand business with new clients while enhancing in-house customer services.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer retention.
- Manage shipment documentation and identify opportunities for productivity enhancement.
- Analyze processes and systems to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
- Address day-to-day delivery issues and implement practices for improved performance.
- Manage bookings and oversee import/export documentation.
Position 2: Ocean Freight Specialist
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 to 3 years of related experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification

- Execute OFR Ops/CS plans and processes to provide ocean freight services.

- Implement freight administration for allocation and reservations.
- Develop and execute plans for various ocean freight products.
- Expand business with new clients while enhancing in-house customer services.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer retention.
- Track account performances and execute pricing strategies.
- Manage shipment documentation and identify opportunities for productivity enhancement.
- Analyze processes and systems to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
- Address day-to-day delivery issues and implement practices for improved performance.
- Manage bookings and oversee import/export documentation.
