Job Title: Senior Officer, Customer Service – Cash I

Summary:

The incumbent in the role of Senior Officer, Customer Service – Cash I, will be responsible for providing front office support to customers within the branch. Duties encompass managing account transactions, resolving customer queries, overseeing both cash and non-cash transactions, and catering to various customer needs.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related discipline such as Marketing Management, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or an equivalent qualification.

Experience:

Minimum of four (4) years of experience in banking.

Behavioral Competencies:

Demonstrated interpersonal and cross-cultural skills, fostering collaborative relationships with sensitivity to diversity and inclusion.

Language Requirement:

Proficiency in Afan Oromo language is mandatory for the position.
