Job Position 1: Front Desk Receptionist/Office Assistant


  • Greeting and receiving visitors and guests
  • Handling incoming phone calls
  • Scheduling and organizing meetings and appointments
  • Properly filing correspondences and emails
  • Managing incoming and outgoing documents
  • Providing support to office staff and project teams
  • Performing document-related tasks such as photocopying, binding, and scanning


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
  • Advanced Diploma in Secretarial Studies
  • 0-2 years of experience
  • Proficiency in English and Amharic writing
  • Ability to prepare PowerPoint presentations and deliver them effectively
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills
  • Knowledge of graphics design and social media platforms is advantageous

Job Position 2: Human Resource & Administration Officer


  • Maintaining personnel records
  • Updating databases and generating reports
  • Assisting in recruitment processes and scheduling interviews
  • Handling HR-related documentation
  • Administering human resources and company property


  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources Management, or related field
  • 1-2 years of direct experience in HR and/or administration
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills

Job Position 3: Sales & Marketing Associate


  • Coordinating sales, marketing, and advertisement initiatives
  • Developing marketing materials and strategies
  • Managing the company’s social media and website
  • Assisting in proposal preparation


  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Information Technology, Architecture, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, graphics design, and social media marketing
  • Proficiency in English and Amharic writing
  • Strong presentation, sales, communication, teamwork, and time management skills
