Position 1: Financial Analyst
Responsibilities:
Undertake diverse financial tasks including budgeting, auditing, forecasting, and analysis
Contribute significantly to the monthly creation of ITS-EPA IV
Provide client-facing financial budgetary briefing and reporting to offer insights into overall business operations
Prepare monthly forecasts, risk assessments, and variance analyses for senior management stakeholders
Act as a focal point for group leads on client-facing Basis of Estimate (BOE) derivation and communication related to Technical Consulting Project estimation and budget development
Develop long-range staffing and financial investment requirement models in collaboration with the management team
Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and government regulations
Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures
Monitor and assess the financial impact changes of indirect costs on value reimbursable expense tracking
Track and report on all program financials using approved TO reporting formats
Assist with data gathering to support the preparation of invoices
Plan, direct, and coordinate activities in business intelligence analysis
Provide TZDB billing and JIRA support
Offer financial leadership to the business, aiding profitable growth
Qualifications:
Clearance Level: None required
7 to 10 years of professional experience, with the ability to work independently on complex Business Operations, IT, Finance, and Customer Service financial modeling and monthly status reporting
Proven expertise in developing long-range staffing and financial investment requirement models in collaboration with the management team
Comprehensive familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) to ensure operational compliance with government accounting policies, procedures, and other regulations
Knowledge of basic financial processes, some understanding of customer achievement processes, and deep industry experience
Position 2: Marketing Executive
Responsibilities:
Formulate and execute compelling marketing strategies.
Coordinate and supervise advertising, communication campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Perform market research and analysis to gauge trends, brand recognition, and competitive landscape.
Lead surveys to gauge customer needs and engagement.
Craft content for various marketing channels such as brochures, press releases, and website materials.
Cultivate partnerships with media vendors and publishers for joint promotional endeavors.
Track campaign progress through diverse metrics and deliver performance reports.
Work closely with management on budgeting and expense oversight.
Requirements and Skills:
Demonstrated experience as a marketing executive or in a comparable capacity.
Proficiency in market research methodologies, data analysis, and statistical interpretation.
Thorough understanding of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
Competence in MS Office suite and marketing tools like CRM.
Knowledge of social media platforms and web analytics such as WebTrends.
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management proficiencies.
Demonstrated creativity and business acumen.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
Position 3: General Manager
Responsibilities:
Overseeing daily business operations
Developing and implementing growth strategies
Training low-level managers and staff
Creating and managing budgets
Improving revenue
Hiring staff
Evaluating performance and productivity
Analyzing accounting and financial data
Researching and identifying growth opportunities
Generating reports and giving presentations
Requirements:
