Position : Talent Acquisition Partner
Position Overview: The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for implementing enduring recruitment strategies aligned with the corporate’s workforce vision. This role entails fostering and nurturing robust relationships with a diverse pool of candidates across various channels, cultivating a strong talent network through social platforms, community engagement, and sustained relationship management to cater to short- and long-term staffing needs across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with marketing, HR units, and business leaders to establish an employer brand identity.
- Manage the organization’s presence on professional platforms like LinkedIn and other talent-centric websites.
- Enhance recruitment visibility through active engagement on social media platforms such as Facebook and Telegram.
- Partner with marketing to create promotional materials such as flyers, digital media content, and branded merchandise.
- Cultivate and uphold positive affiliations with external agencies, educational institutions, vendors, associations, and other entities that can facilitate talent acquisition or support the process.
- Conduct research to assess the overall requirements and preferences of potential candidates.
- Develop and deploy templates for Talent Acquisition (TA) communications, including acknowledgment of applications, interview invitations, and rejection correspondence, in coordination with TA specialists and recruitment officers.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in industry-specific knowledge
- Sales and marketing acumen, particularly in job promotion and employer branding
- Familiarity with HR tools and technologies
- Strong negotiation abilities
- Analytical aptitude
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, HR Management, Psychology, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in a relevant field.

Language:
- Proficiency in English and Amharic.
