Position 1: Administrative Assistant

Qualifications: Candidates should possess a BA/Diploma in Administrative Office Management, Secretarial Science and Office Management, or any related fields.

Experience: A minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Banking industry.

Job Description:

Regular monitoring of office supplies and addressing shortages;

Resolution of office-related problems and prompt response to questions or issues;

Execution of various office tasks, including filing, report preparation, document organization for presentations, meeting arrangements, and ordering necessary supplies;

Facilitating travel arrangements, such as flights, cars, and hotel and restaurant reservations.

Place of Work: Adama, Bahir Dar & Hawassa Districts

Position 2: District Manager

Educational Qualification: A BA Degree in Management, Accounting, or related fields.

Expertise: 11 years of relevant banking experience, with at least 4 years in a Branch Manager or higher role.

The District Manager oversees operations and performance across multiple branches within a designated area, ensuring financial and non-financial targets are met, exceptional customer service is provided, and all regulatory requirements are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities include Planning and Execution, Marketing, Delivering Products and Services, Branch Performance Management, Business and Outlet/Channel Expansion, Staff Management and Development, Customer Relationship Management, Compliance and Risk Management, Financial Management, and general support.

Other Requirements:

Demonstrated expertise in a managerial or leadership position within the banking sector;

Thorough knowledge of banking products, services, regulations, and industry trends;

Excellent leadership, managerial, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams, build relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders;

Robust analytical and problem-solving skills for recognizing challenges and formulating efficient solutions;

Comprehensive comprehension of financial management principles and practices;

Salary: As per the Banks Salary Scale
