Position: Junior Officer
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or related field Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Review and provide guidance on the preparation of transport contracts, agreements, amendments, and change orders. Assist in organizing pre-bid meetings. Participate in negotiating and finalizing transport contracts. Ensure all contractual clauses are accurately reflected in documents. Oversee vendor/supplier performance in alignment with contractual agreements. Ensure adherence to transport contract terms and conditions. Facilitate transport contract administrative closure procedures. Monitor transport payments to vendors as per contract terms. Support the Road Transport Department Manager in debriefings, dispute resolution, claims, litigation, and settlements. Conduct research to identify and develop vendors and suppliers, prioritizing their selection. Alternatively, coordinate branch operations for the company. Special Skills:
Proficiency in computer applications is mandatory.
