Position 3: Director, Audit & Inspection Department
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: MA/BA Degree in Accounting/Management or a related field
- Experience: 8 to 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in senior positions
- Comprehensive knowledge of auditing and accounting principles, financial laws, and audit regulations
- Ability to analyze financial statements
- Good understanding of microfinance operations
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and computer skills
- Location: Head Office
