Position 1: Senior Officer, Help Desk

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or B.Sc. degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum Work Experience:

  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years at Officer level I or in an equivalent role.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to users in person, via phone, chat, or email.
  • Follow up with customers and users to ensure their issues are completely resolved.

Location:

  • Addis Ababa

Position 2: Section Head, Call Center

Educational Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s or B.Sc. Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum Work Experience:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, with 2 years as a Senior Officer or 1 year as a Principal Officer in a supervisory role.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve customers and manage customer relations to ensure satisfaction.
  • Promote and sell bank products and services, acquire new customers, and manage customer accounts.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound calls within the Bank.

Location:

  • Addis Ababa

Position 3: Section Head, IT Risk

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant Risk Management certification.

Minimum Work Experience:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, with 2 years as a Senior Officer or 1 year as a Principal Officer in a supervisory role.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the Manager, Operational and Information Technology Risk, in IT risk management procedures.
  • Ensure risk management oversight and manage the security policy framework and standards.
  • Oversee security, privacy, contractual, and compliance requirements through strategy development and deployment.

  • Addis Ababa
