Job Requirements:
• Hold an M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree in Agriculture, Rural Development, Management, Project Management, or Irrigation.
• Possess 4 years of NGO experience with a proven track record in agriculture projects.
• Demonstrate field experience in program implementation at the grassroots level.
• Technical training qualifications in crop management and irrigation technology are essential.
• Exhibit strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written) and proficiency in the local language.

Position 2: PMEL and Programs Quality Assurance Officer
Job Requirements:
• Hold an MA/BA in Agriculture, Project Management, Rural Development, Management, or Development Studies.
• Accumulate five to seven years of experience, with at least 3 years in NGOs as a PMEL officer/coordinator/manager.
• Exhibit the capacity to produce high-quality briefs and reports.
• Possess the ability to design M&E tools, surveys, surveillance systems, and evaluations.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Windows Excel and quantitative analysis.
• Show competence in budgeting and financial reporting requirements.
• Fluent in English.
• Embrace teamwork and transparency.
Strong interpersonal skills:
• Proven communication skills.
• Willingness to work with people from diverse traditional and ethnic backgrounds.
• Open-mindedness, emotional intelligence, empathy, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.

Position 3: Information Technology (IT) Expert
Job Requirements:
• Hold a BSc. in Computer Science or an Advanced Diploma in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Possess 3-5 years of work-related experience in troubleshooting hardware and software problems, designing, and implementing Local Area Networks.
• Show LAN administration experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft business applications.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Firm belief in teamwork, gender equality, sensitivity to HIV/AIDS, participatory approaches, and sustainable development.
Capability to engage in logical and analytical reasoning within problem-solving contexts.

Job Requirements:

• Possess skills in accounting software, budget planning, and computer proficiency (word processing, spreadsheets, and databases).
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
• Managerial and supervisory skills.
