Position 1: IT Support Specialist
Responsibilities:
Addressing inquiries via phone, email, in-person, or through remote access.
Providing technical assistance for the delivery, configuration, setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems, hardware, and software.
Creating and refining Training Manuals, as well as training computer users.
Educational Requirement: A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a closely related field.
Experience: 0 & Above
Required Skills:
Comprehensive knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Inquisitive and passionate about the IT field, with a continuous desire for self-improvement and enhancing the work environment.
Role involves handling computers, network, and battery devices.

Position 2 : IT Support Specialist
