Kerchanshe Group, the largest coffee producer and exporter in Ethiopia with involvement in manufacturing, agro-processing, and export enterprise, is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated candidate for the following positions:

Position 1: Coffee Washing Station Head

Job Purpose:

Ensure proper processing, washing, sorting, storage, and transportation of all cherries received at the washing station in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures. Manage and record all related documentation accurately and timely.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage the sourcing of green coffee beans and raw materials.

Establish connections with both new and current suppliers of green coffee. Execute successful planning and sourcing tactics. Work closely with teams spanning various functions to pinpoint system requirements.

Monitor and control inventory levels, implementing inventory management systems.

Qualification and Skills: BA or MA in Business Management or related fields, with 5 years of experience for BA and 3 years for MA. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Position 2: Senior Coffee Cupper (Coffee Quality Expert)

Job Purpose:

Inspect, analyze, grade, and prepare coffee quality for washed, natural, and local coffee according to contracts, specifications, and quality operations manual.

Summary of Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate activities related to cupping, grinding, blending, and packaging of coffee.

Perform inspection, analysis, and grading of coffee samples.

Prepare accurate grading sheets and submit daily inspection reports.

Responsible for all grading results and handling quality equipment.

Qualification and Skills: BA in Agriculture or related fields, with 3 years of experience as a Cupper. Capacity to recognize intricate issues and assess pertinent information.

Position 3: Senior Transport Operation Head

Job Purpose:

Lead and manage transport operations, supervising shipments, routes, orders, transportation costs, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Generic Duties:

Set deadlines and communicate them to subordinates.

Organize workflow and ensure understanding of responsibilities.

Monitor employee productivity and provide feedback.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure maximum fleet efficiency through resource allocation and maintenance.

Oversee transport service provision programs.

Develop and implement vehicle management and maintenance programs.

Qualification and Skills: BA or MA in Transport Management or related fields, with 8 years of experience for BA and 6 years for MA.
