Position 1: Risk and Compliance Officer
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in risk management, compliance, or internal audit within the microfinance services sector.
Required Skills: Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements, risk assessment, and internal control frameworks.
Position 2: Internal Control Officer
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years working in internal audit, risk management, or compliance positions within the microfinance services sector.
Required Skills: Ideally with experience in the financial services sector, possessing robust expertise in internal control frameworks, audit methodologies, and risk assessment techniques.
Position 3: IT System Administrator
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
Experience: At least 3 years of pertinent professional experience.
Required Skills: Proficiency in IT support, network administration, or system administration. Ability to manage servers, networks, databases, and software applications. Experience in IT security, data backup, and disaster recovery procedures is desirable.
