Kacha Digital Financial Service S.C invites qualified candidates for the following job positions:

Position 1: Software Development – Lead

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead and manage software development teams, providing technical guidance and mentorship.

Collaborate with product management to define project requirements and prioritize development tasks.

Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software.

Review code to ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices, and collaborate with the CTO to synchronize development initiatives with the overarching technology strategy.

Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the development teams.

Educational Qualification: B.Sc in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.

Experience and other Requirements:

8+ years of experience in software development, with at least three years in a leadership position.

Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to lead and inspire software development teams.

Dedication to remaining current on industry trends and the latest advancements in technology.

Position 2: DevOps Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate software deployment processes.

Collaborate with software development and infrastructure teams to optimize development workflows.

Utilize infrastructure-as-code methodologies to ensure streamlined and replicable infrastructure deployment practices.

Monitor and analyze system performance, pinpoint potential bottlenecks, and apply optimization strategies.

Work closely with cybersecurity teams to integrate security measures into the deployment pipeline.

Perform routine system maintenance activities, such as conducting backups and testing disaster recovery protocols.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Science in information technology, computer science, or a closely related field.

Experience and other requirements:

3+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles.

Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab CI.

Comprehensive knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Proficient problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Dedication to remaining informed about current industry trends and emerging technologies.

Position 3: Front-End Developer

Roles and Responsibilities:

Work together with UX/UI designers to transform visual designs into interactive user interfaces.

Develop responsive and cross-browser-compatible front-end code for DFS applications.

Implement and maintain front-end architecture, ensuring scalability and performance.

Work together with back-end developers to merge front-end components with server-side functionality.

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality standards.

Educational Qualification: B.Sc in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.

Experience and other Requirements:

Experience and Qualifications:

Demonstrated proficiency as a Front-End Developer with 3+ years of proven experience.

Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).

Proficiency in version control systems, including Git.

Comprehension of responsive design principles and ensuring cross-browser compatibility.

Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with a keen focus on precision and detail.

Ability to thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Position 4: System Administrator

Roles and Responsibilities:

Deploy, configure, and maintain servers, network devices, and other infrastructure components for seamless operations.

Work closely with the Infrastructure and Security Manager to create and execute plans for a technology infrastructure that is scalable, secure, and resilient.

Monitor system performance, identify and address issues for optimal performance, and prevent potential bottlenecks.

Implement and manage cloud services, ensuring resource utilization, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to best practices.

Perform regular system maintenance tasks, including backups, software updates, and security patches.

Work together with cybersecurity teams to establish and uphold security protocols across the infrastructure.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline.

Experience and Requirements:

3+ years of experience in system administration or related roles.

Proficiency in administering various operating systems (e.g., Linux, Windows) and network infrastructure.

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, as well as expertise in virtualization technologies.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Commitment to staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in system administration.

Position 5: Security Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

Implement and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures.

Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify security risks.

Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to integrate security measures into development processes.

Monitor and assess security incidents, taking charge of investigations as needed. Collaborate closely with the Head of Cybersecurity to mitigate security risks associated with customer data.

Implement and manage security awareness programs for employees.

Collaborate with external cybersecurity partners and vendors.

Educational Qualification:

B.Sc in Information Technology or another related discipline.

Experience and Requirements:

3+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles.

A thorough understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and proficiency in risk management is essential. Possession of certifications like CISSP, CISM, or their equivalents is strongly preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
