Job Opportunity 1: Procurement & Logistics Manager
Responsibilities:
Spearhead the overall design and management of HFHE’s annual procurement plan, ensuring timely submission.
Conduct market analysis for vendor registration, maintain a vendor database, and generate procurement progress reports periodically.
Arrange the transportation of construction materials, supplies, and equipment to specified locations utilizing either HFHE or rented vehicles.
Prepare contract agreements based on Competitive Bidding Analysis (CBA) conducted by the Procurement Committee and issue Purchase Orders utilizing accounting software.
Collaborate with project managers to design an appropriate supply structure and plan, adhering to HFHE standards and procedures.
Maintain purchase records, vendor lists, agreements, and updated tariffs for various organizational procurement needs.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of vehicle logs, spare parts inventory, and records, filing them periodically in permanent records.
Prepare RFQs, bid documents, and Invitation for Bids, ensuring compliance with procurement policies.
Generate procurement status reports, track procurement activities, and compile procurement documents for payment requests and audits.
Supervise maintenance of properties owned or leased by Habitat for Humanity Ethiopia.
Maintain a database of preferred vendors/suppliers and update supplier contract performances.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor of Arts in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field with a minimum of 7 years’ experience, including at least three years in managerial positions.
Job Opportunity 2: Executive Assistant II
Responsibilities:
Provide professional support to both internal and external stakeholders, reflecting positively on the organization.
Handle sensitive matters with utmost confidentiality, particularly decisions impacting the country and overall organizational operations.
Assist the National Director with comprehensive support services, ensuring effective communication and responsiveness.
Conduct research and analysis on topics relevant to the National Director and HFHE.
Manage incoming calls, messages, and requests, redirecting as necessary.

Responsibilities:
Support project planning, administration, finance, and operations.
