Ethiopian Airlines, now in its 78th year, stands as the leading aviation group in Africa. Throughout its history, Ethiopian Airlines has pioneered advancements in technology, leadership, network expansion, and aviation mentoring.
The airline began its operations on April 8, 1946, with five C-47 aircraft, making its inaugural flight to Cairo via Asmara. Since then, it has consistently adopted cutting-edge aviation technologies and systems.
Position 1: Cabin Crew Trainee
Required Educational Qualifications:
- Completion of Ethiopian University Entrance Exam (Grade 12)
- OR a Level II/10+2 certificate from a recognized institute, college, or university
- OR a diploma from an international community school
Age Limit: 19-30 years inclusive
Height Requirement: Minimum of 1.58 meters, with an arm reach of 212 cm or above
Weight: Proportional to height

Position 2: Self-Sponsored School of Marketing (SOM) Trainee
Required Educational Qualifications:
- Completion of high school with a minimum score of 250 on the Ethiopian University Entrance Exam
Age Limit: 18 years and above
English Language Proficiency: Level III
Total Training Duration: 3 months

Position 3: Self-Sponsored Trainee for Aircraft Maintenance Training
Required Educational Qualifications:
- Completion of Ethiopian University Entrance Exam with a minimum of 50% in Mathematics, Physics, and English
- OR a 10+3/College Diploma/Level III/IV certificate in Industrial Electronics, Automotive Electricity, General Mechanics, Metal Work, Metal Technology, or any related field
Age Limit: 18-28 years
Height Requirement: 1.60 meters
English Language Proficiency: Level III
Total Training Duration: 22 months
