The District Relationship Officer will play a key role in driving business growth for Retail & MSME/IFB Banking within the assigned district. Responsibilities include providing high-quality relationship management to both new and existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying cross-sell opportunities to enhance business prospects.
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, banking, finance, management, or any relevant disciplines.
Additional training and certifications in banking operations (domestic, credit, and international banking operations).
Experience:
Minimum of five (5) years of successful experience in banking or customer-facing roles.

Job Description:
The Mobile & Online Banking Quality Assurance Officer will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of mobile and online banking products and services. This role involves conducting tests, identifying errors, providing feedback for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues throughout the product life cycle.
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Management, Business Administration, or equivalent fields.
Master’s Degree in Marketing, Banking, Finance, or related fields, with strong IT or Research background (preferred).
Experience:
At least four (4) years of pertinent experience required.
