We currently have exciting opportunities for the roles of Workshop Controller, Maintenance Controller, and Team Leader-Distribution. We seek passionate, capable, and competent candidates who are ready to work with dedication and focus.

Position 1: Workshop Controller

Skills, Experience & Education:

  • First Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Planner, Machine Specialist, or similar role within the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain housekeeping to WCM standards.
  • Conduct monthly tool inspections.
  • Schedule workshop activities based on priorities and availability.
  • Arrange outsourced work for spare parts refurbishment when necessary.
  • Support maintenance and shutdown activities.
  • Inspect the quality of work in maintenance support.
  • Review and approve team innovations and improvements.
  • Oversee team attendance.
  • Ensure the effective application of the Manufacturing Way in all controlled areas.
  • Conduct safety awareness talks, incident recalls, and Tool Box Talks.
  • Provide PPE and ensure compliance.
  • Develop the annual budget for workshop equipment maintenance.

Position 2: Maintenance Controller

Skills, Experience & Education:

  • First Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Planner within the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of the asset care plan for the packaging plant.
  • Support the implementation of the asset care plan, ensuring technical competency among MASs, PAs, and operational teams.
  • Execute maintenance and extended maintenance work.
  • Evaluate the impact of new plant and equipment, recommending changes.
  • Lead the MAS’s team, fostering ownership, empowerment, and teamwork.
  • Ensure proper safety and housekeeping procedures, complying with all legal requirements.
  • Ensure all statutory and mandatory checks are part of the asset care management system.
  • Focus on health, safety, and housekeeping through regular checks, audits, and meetings.

Position 3: Team Leader-Distribution

Skills, Experience & Education:

  • First Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a logistics environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute the distribution plan to ensure product delivery is safe, effective, efficient, and timely.
  • Manage transport and logistics.
  • Perform reporting and analysis.
  • Adhere to safety and housekeeping standards, including vehicle appearance and condition.
  • Conduct initial incident and accident investigations and escalate as necessary.
  • Monitor planned versus actual deliveries to achieve desired customer service levels.
  • Ensure drivers and team members perform basic vehicle and equipment maintenance and repairs as required.
