Position: Customer Service Officer-I
Job description
Furnish prompt and accurate information regarding the bank’s array of services and products.
Attend to customers’ inquiries, concerns, and requests.
Accurately process withdrawals and cash disbursements.
Validate customer signatures and identification documents to authorize transactions.
Distribute bank statements, checkbooks, and debit cards to customers.
Complete all required documentation and paperwork for customer transactions.
Conduct foreign currency exchange transactions based on customer requests.
Execute other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking and Finance, Management, Economics, or related fields.
Experience:
One year of practical involvement in banking operations serving as a Customer Service Officer.
Location: SOFUMER BRANCH UNDER HAWASSA AREA OFFICE
