Position 1: Customer Service Executive – II

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field.

Experience: 1 year of experience in banking operations as CSO, CSR, CSE, or a related position.

Purpose of the Job: Enhance customer satisfaction, handle front-line customer service activities with care and efficiency, and contribute to the branch’s resource mobilization through cross-selling the bank’s products and services.

Place of Work: Battu

Position  2: Cash Senior Customer Service Officer

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking operations, specifically in roles such as CSO, CSR, CSE, or similar positions.

Purpose of the Job: Enhance customer satisfaction, handle front-line customer service activities with care and efficiency, and contribute to the branch’s resource mobilization through cross-selling the bank’s products and services.

Place of Work: Bale Goba

Position 3: Senior Officer for Performance Management & Succession

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Management, Development Management, Public Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Five/5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking industry, of which two/2 years in an officer position.

Purpose of the Job: Plan and establish an effective employee Performance Management system and succession management practices across the bank.

Place of Work: Addis Ababa

Position 4: Senior Accountant

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Five years of relevant banking experience, including a minimum of two years in an accountant role.

Purpose of the Job: Carry out general accounting operations, control financial transactions, reconcile account balances and bank statements, and ensure timely payments and financial obligations.

Place of Work: Addis Ababa

Position 5: Branch Manager Grade – I

Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field.

Experience: 7 years of relevant experience in the Banking Industry, with 1 year as Assistant Branch Manager/CSM or Relationship Manager, or 7 years of relevant banking experience, with at least 2 years as a Senior Officer in a banking operational position.

Purpose of the Job: Achieve sustainable growth and profitability through cross-selling the bank’s products and services, acquiring and retaining customers, improving customer services, and building strong customer relationships.

Work Location: Andabit, Chiro, Este, Jantekel, Kuy

Position 6: Security Guard – I (Open to both male and female candidates)

Qualification: 8th Grade Complete

Experience: Two/2 years of relevant experience in Military/Police service.

OR

Qualification: 10th/12th Grade Complete

Experience: Four/4 years of experience as a lady searcher.

Age: Between 25-50

Purpose of the Job: Support the bank’s operation by maintaining the safety and security of the organization, its personnel, and ensuring secure customer services in a welcoming environment.

Place of Work: Shashemene (Female); Shashemene (Male).

Position 7: Messenger & Cleaner – I

Qualification: Grade 10th/12th Complete

Experience: Two/2 years of relevant experience.

Age: Between 18 – 35

Purpose of the Job: Securely deliver packages, documents, written and verbal messages, and other items to intended locations or recipients in a timely and appropriate manner. Support the bank’s customer service process by keeping the workplaces clean and attractive for staff and customers.

Place of Work: Hawassa
