Position: Graduate Trainee Program
Overview: AL Impex is seeking bright, ambitious, and dynamic recent graduates to join its Graduate Management Trainee Program. This program offers participants the opportunity to rotate through various core functions of the company, including finance and management, logistics and supply chain, sales and distribution, and documentation and commodity trading. Tailored to help participants harness their strengths and unleash their potential, the program provides autonomy and accountability from the outset. Trainees will engage in impactful projects that challenge their abilities and enhance their skill sets.
Qualifications and Educational Background:
- Recent graduates from the classes of 2022 or 2023 who have completed DAAP Training
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
- Applicants who have completed DAAP training are strongly encouraged to apply
- Demonstrated initiative – must be willing and able to work independently, flexibly, and responsively
- High levels of personal and professional integrity
- Candidates exhibiting a blend of outstanding academic achievement, self-motivation, and ambition are preferred
