Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience Requirement:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a bank.
Competencies Required:
Understanding of basic mechanisms of general financial products and services.
Good knowledge of the bank’s accounting and procedures.
Ability to respond to basic client inquiries, provide advice, and resolve issues.
Excellent command of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and a good command of the core banking system.

Qualification:
A degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 7 years of professional experience at a bank, with at least 1 year as a Customer Services Manager or equivalent role.
Job Description:
Develop, arrange, oversee, and manage the banking operations within a branch office.
Ensure adherence to operating procedures, rules, and code of practices of the bank, as well as regulatory directives and country law.
Coordinate sales/business development efforts of the branch.
Lead customer service initiatives and guide branch operational excellence.
Prepare and submit annual budget, work plan, and activity and progress reports.
Participate in community activities and maintain close ties with the business community to promote bank services.
